Thank you so much for the beautiful jewellery that arrived this morning, less that 24 hours since I ordered it online! This was supposed to be the start of my Xmas shopping however out of the three items I purchased I have decided to keep two of them for myself, they are just too lovely to give away!!

I would love to see more items available online as my nearest shop in Bristol is over 30 miles away. Also, the online shop means that as I work full time it makes the Xmas shopping a little easier.

I have no doubt I'll be shopping with you again very soon!

I had been to every Jeweller and was fed up with every shop offering the same jewellery. When I saw the pieces that your shop had to offer, there was hardly anything that I would call ordinary. I was looking for a special piece for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary and i found it within a few minutes of walking into your shop. However I had spent 2 hours walking around the rest of the shopping centre with no luck.

Most consumers would consider themselves experts in what they expect from a shop when they are making a purchase, be it a packet of crisps or a new car. I wish for a pleasant, knowledgable person to serve me who isn't too pushy, but is available to help immediately when you need them.

I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable purchase I have made in a very long time. The lady was everything that I could have hoped for. She took interest in what I liked and the reason that I was buying and made selections accordingly to help me choose. She was chatty without being nosey and on the strength of her assistance alone I would shop at Argenteus again.

Your site was very helpful to me and I was happy to stumble on to, it after a long and hopeless internet search.

I know next to nothing about jewellery except that it is shiny (even spelling the word is more of a challenge than I would like to admit) and I have spent the morning searching for the answers to my question about how to fix up a silver bracelet that is very dear to me, but also now very itchy and to that extent unwearable.
